The building with a total area of ​​837.13 sq.m. is located on the main street of the Mytilene waterfront: P. Kountourioti 31. Its location is central as the front of the building is on the waterfront and overlooks the port of Mytilene and the rear view has an unlimited view of the old town of Mytilene. On the ground floor there is a portico that connects the waterfront with Ermou Street along which the central market of Mytilene is located. The year of construction of the building is 1962 and since then it has been operating with all the necessary EOT permits as a hotel under the brand "SAPPHO". The building has undergone two major renovations in 1992 and 2010. During the last renovation, all the plumbing and electrical of the building were changed. The mezzanine has a living room, a breakfast room with a capacity of 54 people, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a new professional refrigerator and stainless steel counters and sinks having all ISO certifications for professional use. In addition, the mezzanine has two shared toilets as well as an administration office of 10 sq.m. The building has parking spaces in its facade as well as an elevator. On the roof of the building there is an auxiliary area with a professional laundry facility. The building has a central heating system (with olive pit) but as an alternative it also has a separate oil burner. All rooms are equipped with air-condition (inverter).They are also equipped with a fridge, TV, telephone and have free wireless internet access (Wi-Fi). The building has all the legal fire safety study certificates in force.
