Popular al fresco restaurant

Passioni Restaurant is situated only 20 metres from the beach, on the second street back from the beachfront of Skala Eressos. It has its own quiet, private courtyard which offers al fresco dining in a relaxed, intimate atmosphere. There is also an outside bar for functions and parties, and the restrooms are located at the rear of the property. The kitchen area is at the front of the establishment next to the road, and is built in traditional stone with many ancient archaeological columns in the building. It is a small well run business, and the owner has built up a good reputation and customer loyalty. The restaurant can accommodate approximately 45 covers. The price is for the sale of the business and its contents, this does not include the monthly rent for the building, which at present is 250 euros per month.
